This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation WILL be posted to SAM at https://sam.gov/. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is N4215824QS022. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2024-03 Effective February 23, 2024, and the DFARS Change notice 20240326. The NAICS CODE is 611420 and the small business standard is $16M. This is a competitive, 100% Small Business Set-Aside procurement action.
