The objective of this order is to award to 8(a) company, RFK Solutionz, for Instructor Led Classroom Training Services for Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) Code 109, Information Technology (IT) Support Division. The required services will be solicited and awarded using the policies and procedures of FAR part 13.5 – “Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services” in conjunction with FAR Subpart 19.8 – “Contracting with the Small Business Administration (The 8(a) Program)”. This procurement will be for a one (1) base year.
