The Purpose of this Amendment 002 is to: i. Extend the Solicitation closing date to July 10, 2023 at 09:00AM EST. ii. Amend Statement of Work Requirements: Changes are indentified in RED STRIKETHROUGH font. iii. Amend Attachment 1. Contractor Technical Certification (1. Contractor Technical Certification_Amended) Changes are indentified in RED STRIKETHROUGH font. *****RESPONSES TO BIDDERS QUESTION'S ATTACHED***** This is a SOLICITATION for the rental of two (2) complete chill water systems in support of a VIRGINIA class submarine. The services will be for a base period of twelve (12) months with an option provision for two (2) additional twelve (12) month option periods. The clause at FAR 52.217-9 “Option to Extend the Term of the Contract” will also be included in the contract. The RFQ number is N4215823RS007. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect though FAC 2023-02 Effective March 16, 2023 and the DFARS Change notice 20230301. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at this address: https://www.acquisition.gov/. The NAICS CODE is 532490 and the small business standard is $35M. This is a competitive, Full and Open Competition procurement action. To be considered for this opportunity, all quotes shall be submitted in either Microsoft Word, Excel spreadsheet or Adobe PDF with the signed solicitation and completed requested attachments (1. Technical Certification_Amended and 2. Pricing Tables and Solicitation N4215823RS007 AND Amended Solicitation) in entirety. Quote must include monthly prices (Attachment 2), FOB Destination, a point of contact, name and phone number, and business size. Quote given must include all signed required attachments. Each quote must clearly indicate the capability of the vendor to meet all specifications and requirements in the SOW. An award will be made based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA).
