This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect though FAC 2023-01 Effective December 30, 2022 and the DFARS Change notice 10-28-2022 Effective October 28, 2022. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The Submarine and Availability Support Division, C451, Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY), Portsmouth, VA intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) contract for Sanitation Tank Cleaning onboard a Los Angeles Class submarine, at Norfolk Naval Base, Norfolk, VA based on full and open competition. This contract will contain the following items: LINE ITEM 0001-Sanitation Tank NO. 1 Cleaning, and LINE ITEM 0002- Sanitation Tank NO. 2 Cleaning. Vendor shall perform all actions per the associated ESPECs. Contractor SHALL submit quotes priced per CLIN. CLIN 0001: Sanitation Tank NO. 1 Cleaning CLIN 0002: Sanitation Tank NO. 2 Cleaning CLIN 0003: Waste Oil Collecting Tank Cleaning The Submarine and Availability Support Division, C451, Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY), Portsmouth, VA intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed-Price Reverse Osmosis Repair contract on the following item(s): LINE ITEM 0001 – Sanitation Tank No.1 Cleaning; LINE ITEM 0002 – Sanitation Tank No. 2 Cleaning; LINE ITEM 0003 – Waste Oil Collection Tank Cleaning. Vendor shall perform all actions in accordance with the attached ESPECs. Period of Performance (POP): Base Period: January 16, 2023 – February 24, 2023 Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and submit quotes. Determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. System for Award Management (SAM).
