This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with Part 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. The RFQ number is N4215823QS016. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2023-01 effective 12/30/2022, and DFARS Change Notice 03/01/2023 effective 03/01/2023. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The NAICS Code is 611699 and the Small Business Standard is 14.5 (millions of dollars). The Product Service Code is U014. The proposed contract action is for commercial supplies for which the Government intends to solicit as Service-Diasbled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. This posting is a request for competitive quotes. All quotations received by the closing response date may be considered by the Government. A subcontracting plan is required from large contractors.
