This is a request for quotes pursuant to the authority of FAR Part 13. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. This synopsis/solicitation incorporates one or more solicitation provisions and contract clauses by reference, with the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. This proposed Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract action is for preventative maintenance and repair services, for several PerkinElmer instruments and accessories, which the Government intends to solicit and award to the responsible vendor whose quote provides the best value to the Government, price and other factors considered, pursuant to the requirements under FAR Part 13. The following addendum is provided for this solicitation and hereby amends any language therein: 1. Questions may be submitted to the POC and Contracting Officer listed above no later than 17 August 2023 no later than 1000 (EST). Questions submitted after this date and time may not be answered. The Government reserves the right to not respond to any questions. Vendors are encouraged to carefully review all solicitation requirements and submit questions to the Government as early as possible. 2. Quotes in response to this solicitation must be submitted via email to the POC and Contracting Officer listed above no later than the established response deadline. No other means of submission, used in whole or in combination with email, is permitted. If submissions are submitted using multiple email messages, please sequence the email subject line so the Government can easily determine whether all emails have been received (e.g. 1 of 5, 2 of 5, etc.). The total size for each email submission, to include attachments, should not exceed 20 megabytes. 3. Quotes must be valid for 60 calendar days after solicitation closing date. 4. All price quotations must be submitted on Attachment 2 - Quote Sheet, and it must be completed entirely to include all requested data and information. 5. Quotes must include a point of contact for the interested vendor within the body of the email submission: name, phone number, email address and mailing address. All Technical Approach, Past Performance, and Pricing documents (excluding Attachment 2 – Quote Sheet) must be free of contractor identifying information.
