This acquisition is for Single Source solicitation. North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) 519290 Web Search Portals And All Other Information Services and Product or Service Code (PSC) DA10 - IT and Telecom - Business Application/Application Development Software As A Service. The size standard is $30M. The Government intends to award one Firm Fixed Price, (FFP) Single Source contract resulting from this RFQ to the responsible vendor whose quote conforms to the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government. The Contracting Officer (KO) has determined the circumstances of this contract action deem only one source reasonably available and a Single Source is being solicited based on FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). This combined synopsis/solicitation meets the posting requirements described in FAR 5.201. REQUIREMENT INFORMATION Description: The Norfolk Naval Shipyard, (NNSY) has a requirement for a Legal Database and eLearning platform in accordance with, (IAW) Attachment 1 – Statement of Work. Place of Performance – (FOB): Origin, (to be proposed by vendor within range listed in SOW) Line Item Description Quantity Unit of Measure 0001 Cyber Feds and eLearning Platform 1 Job INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFEROR Quotes in response to this solicitation must be submitted via email to the POC listed above no later than the established deadline. Quotes must be valid through 30 January 2023.
