This acquisition is for 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) 531120- Conference center, no promotion of events, rental or leasing and Product or Service Code (PSC) X1AB - Lease/Rental Of Conference Space And Facilities. The size standard is $30M. The Government intends to award one Firm Fixed Price, (FFP) contract resulting from this RFQ to the responsible vendor whose quote conforms to the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government. This solicitation will be evaluated as Lowest Price Technically Acceptable, (LPTA) based on conformance to the RFQ and Statement of Work, (SOW). REQUIREMENT INFORMATION Description: The Norfolk Naval Shipyard, (NNSY) has a requirement for Conference room rental, NNSY in accordance with, (IAW) Attachment 1 – Statement of Work. Place of Performance – (FOB): Destination, (to be proposed by vendor within range listed in SOW) Line Item Description Quantity Unit of Measure 0001 Conference Room Reservation for Industry 1 Lot Day Conference Space (See Attachment 1 - SOW) INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS Questions may be submitted to the POC listed above no later than 1400 (EST) on 15 November 2022 or they may not be answered. Quotes in response to this solicitation must be submitted via email to the POC listed above no later than the established deadline. Quotes must be valid through 15 December 2022. All price quotations and contractor information must be submitted on Attachment 2 - Quote Sheet, and it needs to be completed in its entirety.
