The hose assemblies requested are direct "one for one" replacements and must be procured from Aeroquip, the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)... The hose assemblies requested are direct "one for one" replacements and must be procured from Aeroquip, the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) (or its authorized distributor) in order for the equipment to operate to Norfolk Naval Shipyard and OEM performance standards. Any other parts and/or accessories not from the OEM would cause malfunction of equipment there by rendering the equipment inoperable and causing delay in the vessels scheduled work package.
