Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) Contracting Department request responses from qualified sources capable of servicing/refurbishing, testing, and certifying two (2) 4.75” anchor chain swivel shackles within the requirements of NAVSEA Drawing 803-6397253 and NAVSEA Chapter 581. Additionally, the Contractor shall have the correct Mil-Spec material on hand that is required to fabricate the swivel washer which is an integral component in the refurbishment process. Government furnished material will be provided with a required return date of 3 April 2023.
