This requirement is for the continued procurement of full service maintenance for various makes and models of facsimile machines on a “per call basis” at various locations throughout NNSY. There are approximately 500 machines to be serviced. This requirement includes but is not limited to Xerox, Canon, Pitney Bowes, Ricoh, Panasonic, Lanier, Sharp, and Brothers.
