This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-07, effective 10 August 2022, and DFARS publication notice 06 June 2022. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 811310 and the associated Product Service Code (PSC) is J049. This procurement is not a set-aside. The small business size standard is $7.5 million. NOTE: A Class Waiver is not applicable to a procurement unless the NAICS code, PSC, and NAICS Code Descriptor currently in effect, match the item(s) being procured. NNSY is seeking to procure maintenance for five (5) dust and fume collectors.
