Amendment 0004 The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Extend the Request for Proposal close date from July 22, 2022 to August 12, 2022, 4:30PM EST. Amendment 0003 The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Extend the Request for Proposal close date from July 1, 2022 to July 22, 2022, 4:30PM EST. Amendment 0002 The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Extend the Request for Proposal close date from May 13, 2022 to July 1, 2022, 4:30PM EST, and 2. Change the Required Delivery Date (RDD) for CLIN 0001-0003 and Period of Perf ormance (POP) for Option CLINS 1001-1003. RDD and POP dates within the ESPEC will be updated at the time of aw ard. Amendment 0001 The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Attach ERRATA Number One, permanent change updates to ITEM NO: 311-11-001 for the Specification Bid Package number: NNSYN-501-23, 2. Update the Statement of Work with the changes outline in the ERRATA, and 3. Attach updated COMSUBLANT-COMSUBPACINST 2075.1D. This is a SOLICITATION for the Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul of the No. 1 and No. 2 Ship’s Service Turbine Generators (SSTG) aboard a VIRGINIA class submarine. The work will be performed at Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth VA 23709. The RFP number is N4215822RS004. NNSY intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation on a sole source basis. Notice of this justification will be provided on SAM.gov in accordance with FAR 6.305. In accordance with FAR 15.404-1, price will be evaluated to ensure that the final agreed-to price is fair and reasonable. The anticipated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 336611, Shipbuilding and Repair, with a size standard of 1250 employees. The Product Service Code is J998. Attachments 1 (ESPECs), 2 (DD 254), and Exhibit 1 (CDRL) are posted with this solicitation. Responses to this solicitation are due by 4:30P.M. EST on 13 MAY 2021.
