Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), to provide necessary management, technical services, labor, material, support services and equipment to accomplish a full range of depot level repairs and alterations, troubleshooting, maintenance, installation, and removal of main auxiliary, hull, mechanical and electrical (HM&E) equipment and systems onboard US Navy or other military type vessels, including submarines. The work will be accomplished onboard US Navy vessels located primarily within a 50 mile radius of Norfolk, Virginia (Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY)), but may require task orders performed at joint bases located in Charleston, South Carolina, and in Kings Bay, Georgia. The requirement will be solicited as a total small business set aside. The NAICS code applicable to this procurement is 336611, Shipbuilding and Repair with a size standard of 1,250 employees.
