This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. The contract will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR part 13. The RFQ number is N4215822RCVERICUT. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2021-07 (Effective 01/14/2022) and DFARS DPN 20210929 (Effective 01/01/2022). It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The small business size standard is $30 Million. The Government intends to negotiate and award the resulted contract on a SOLE SOURCE basis to CGTech. See the attached Justification for Sole Source. This requirement is to provide Norfolk Naval Shipyard with a firm-fixed-price purchase order for Sole-Source VERICUT Software Additional Licenses - New Buy. The Period of Performance is Date of Award (DOA) + 10 days for one year.
