SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS: Solicitation Number: Notice Type: N42158-22-RC-20941 Sources Sought Synopsis: 1. NOTICE: This is not a solicitation but rather a Sources Sought Synopsis to determine potential sources for information and planning purposes only. 1.1 The purpose of this Sources Sought is to conduct market research to determine if responsible sources exist, to assist in determining if this effort can be competitive, and/or a total Small Business Set-Aside. The Government is interested in all small businesses to include 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Hubzone, and Women-Owned small business concerns. The proposed North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 511210 Software Publishers, which has a corresponding Size Standard of $41, 500,000, and Product or Service Code, (PSC) of DA10 IT and Telecom - Business Application/application Development Software as a Service. The Government will use this information to determine the best acquisition strategy for this procurement. The Government requests that interested parties respond to this notice if applicable and identify your small business status to the identified NAICS code. Additionally, please provide a capabilities statement, along with a description of similar services offered to the Government and to commercial customers for the past three years. 2. Program Details: Draft SOW: Aydata management support and monthly CD updates are required to install and activate the latest version of already purchased Aydata software to be utilized for the Computed Radiography Program. These updates are needed as soon as possible (September 2022) in order to utilize the software program and facilitate the development of the Computed Radiography program for NAVSEA. The objective of this task is to receive monthly software update CDs and the necessary yearly technical support from the vendor. The scope of work shall include as a minimum: 1. Vendor shall mail software updates via CD to the below address monthly. 2. Vendor shall be available for technical support via telephone as needed for one year.
