The Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) requests responses from all sources capable of providing the services that are identified in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The Government intends to solicit and award based on full and open competition in accordance with FAR Part 13.106. The Submarine and Availability Support Division, C450, Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY), Portsmouth, VA intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price contract on the following item(s): LINE ITEM 0001 – Twelve (12) Month Railcar Mover Lease (SEE ATTACHED STATEMENT OF WORK FOR SPECIFICATIONS) for Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, VA.
