The RFQ number is N42158-22-Q-S026 This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2021-02 effective November 23 2020 and DFARS Change Notice 20220318. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The NAICS Code is 532490 -Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance. This industry comprises establishments primarily engaged in the repair and maintenance of commercial and industrial machinery and equipment. Establishments in this industry either sharpen/install commercial and industrial machinery blades and saws or provide welding (e.g., automotive, general) repair services; or repair agricultural and other heavy and industrial machinery and equipment (e.g., forklifts and other material handling equipment, machine tools, commercial refrigeration equipment, construction equipment, and mining machinery). The proposed contract action is for commercial rental services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate a single source, Prysmian Group (Cage 0ETD2) This Notice of Intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete with the proposed contract based upon responses to this Notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
