The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 332323 and the Small Business Standard is 500 employees. The procurement will be solicited as Unrestricted. This requirement is Sole Sourced to Layher, Inc. No other manufacturers will be considered. The contract line item is included in solicitation N4215822QE080. FOB Destination applies. Responsibility and Inspection: unless otherwise specified in the order, the supplier is responsible for the performance of all inspection requirements and quality control. By submitting a quotation, the vendor will be self-certifying that neither the principal corporate officials nor owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the quotation. By submission of a quotation, the vendor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from the solicitation, except for awards to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside the United States.
