Support is to approximately 427 printers across NNSY. The Contractor is to provide break/fix service, supplies, plus preventative and routine maintenance to maintain and improve equipment uptime and equipment performance as well as management services. Vendor will maintain the Equipment in good working order. Vendor will provide service dispatch information (e.g. toll-free phone number, email address, etc.). Repairs will be conducted onsite at the location of the equipment. All parts, labor & travel expenses shall be included. Unscheduled repair service necessitated by ordinary use will be provided as required by and at the request of the NNSY (no call limit) during normal business hours Monday through Friday, except holidays observed by the Government. All consumables (toners, print cartridges, etc.) except paper will be included. A DOD Facility Security Clearance with minimum at the Secret level is required to quote on this requirement and to execute the contract.
