The change has been reflected on the Request for Proposal (RFP) (N4215821RS0040001) in the attachement section of this solicitation. -0002-Correct ESPEC Item Number 176-11-002 steps 1.3.1 and 1.3.2. The change has been reflected on the ESPEC 176-11-002 and the amended Request for Proposal (N4215821RS0040002) in the attachments section of this solicitation. ____________________________________________________________________________________ This is a SOLICITATION for Submarine Preservation Services to support the Los Angeles Class Submarine USS Toledo (SSN-769). The work will be performed at Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth VA 23709. The scope of services to be provided under this requirement include the typical work performed during submarine preservation and maintenance availability. The RFP number is N4215821RS004. The evaluation of proposals submitted in response to this solicitation will be conducted employing a lowest price technically acceptable source selection process in accordance with FAR Part 15. The NAICS code is 336611 and the small business standard is 1250 employees. This solicitation will be competed using Full and Open Competition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 6. The Government requests responses from qualified sources fully capable of providing the required services that are identified in the Perfromance Work Statement (PWS). Only attachments 1, 6, 7, 8, 9, ESPECs and CDRLs are posted with this solicitation. Due to the restricted distribution, all other attachments may be provided as a CD to the DOD contractors only who have the appropriate clearances.
