AMENDMENT 0001 - SOLICITATION N4215821RS001 The purpose of this amendment is: - To correct the numbering in the row of Vol. IV – Contractual Requirement, Table 1, Paragraph L.1.1.1. on Page 79. - To remove “(4) Section C: Representations and Certifications” in the row of Vol. IV – Contractual Requirement, Table 1, Paragraph L.1.1.1. on Page 79. - To attach Questions and Answers - Jan. 11. - All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. This is a SOLICITATION for Submarine Preservation Services to support the Los Angeles, Virginia and Ohio class submarines. The work may be performed at the Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY), Portsmouth Naval Shipyard (PNSY), and other locations under the cognizance of NNSY or PNSY. The scope of services to be provided under this requirement include the typical work performed during submarine preservation and maintenance availability. The RFP number is N4215821RS001. The evaluation of proposals submitted in response to this solicitation will be conducted employing a technically acceptable source selection process in accordance with FAR Part 15. The NAICS code is 336611 and the small business standard is 1250 employees. This solicitation will be competed using Full and Open Competition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 6. The Government requests responses from qualified sources fully capable of providing the required services that are identified in the Statement of Work (SOW). Only attachments 17, 18, 20 and draft CDRLs are posted with this solicitation. Due to the restricted distribution, all other attachments may be provided as a CD to the DOD contractors only who have the appropriate clearances. In order to receive the CD, please contact Mr. Finke (Contracting Officer) at william.g.finke@navy.mil for the specific instructions on how to receive it by 3:00pm EST on 23 December 2020. Responses to this solicitation are due by 3:30pm EST on 26 January 2021. Please submit your proposal to khosbayar.rentsendo2@navy.mil as specified in Section L of the solicitation. The proposals shall be valid for hundred eighty (180) days (at minimum). Paper copies of this solicitation will not be available.
