This is a combined synopsis/solicitation notice for commercial product/services prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.603, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. A Sources Sought Synopsis was previously posted to SAM.gov on 23 August 2021 titled, “RFI N42158-21-RC-11026” to determine if any other sources were capable of performing and no responses were received. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through, Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) Number/Effective Date: 2021-07/2021-09-10. This acquisition is anticipated to be a sole source award IAW FAR 13.106-3(b)(3)(i), as only one source will be solicited for this requirement (or for a portion of the requirement) and the requirement is not expected to exceed the simplified acquisition threshold. North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) 811219 Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance and Product or Service Code (PSC) J066 - Maintenance/Repair/Rebuild of Equipment – Instruments and Laboratory Equipment. The size standard is $22M. All qualified small businesses under this industry are encouraged to submit quotes. This requirement is rated under Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) with an assigned rating of DO-C9.
