AMENDMENT TO SOLICITATION (AMENDMENT 3) The purpose of this amendment is to: 1) Provide answers to additional questions. 2) Due to the restricted distribution, the drawing that is referenced in the SOW may be provided as a CD to DOD contractors only who have the appropriate clearances/access. In order to receive the CD, please contact Ms. Victoria Buela, email at victoria.buela@navy.mil for the specific instructions on how to receive it by 5PM on 16 July 2021, Friday. The CD shall be picked up by the authorized contractor personnel between 10:00AM - 12:00 noon on 19 July 2021, Monday, from Ms. Buela. 4) All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
