The contractor shall be responsible for the rigging, installation and Support Services to ensure the successful installation and implementation of the CMM system. Services shall consist of the following: Installation: Installation services shall consist of the following: Provide rigging support to remove existing machine and unload new machine. Remove existing CMM from location (existing machine is an LK DCC CMM 40X40X32, S/N 20004) Set new machine in location Electrically connect machine and equipment to utilities provided by shipyard Provide service technicians to install and prepare the equipment Provide technicians to calibrate the installed system in accordance with ISO 17025 Manufacturer Technical Center Training: Provide two (2) eight (8) hour days of Basic machine operator training and two (2) eight (8) hour days of advanced machine operator training at contractor Technical Training Center. Training shall be provided for two students and shall consist of a minimum of the following: Normal operation Basic Software Programming Programming from CAD Editing and Reporting User Calibration and basic maintenance Onsite Familiarization Training: Provide four (4) eight (8) hour days of operational onsite training. Training shall be provided for three (3) operators and shall consist of the following: Normal operation Basic Software Programming Programming from CAD Editing and Reporting User Calibration Basic Machine Maintenance
