This is a SOLICITATION for procurement of four (4) Heavy Lift Transports (HLTs), special tooling vehicle stands, vehicle jacks, custom trailer and spare parts in support of US Navy submarine maintenance efforts. The RFQ number is N4215821QS023. The Contracting Department, Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) supply contract on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1 and FAR Part 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items authorities. Therefore, the Government intends to procure these items from TDS Automation, Inc. The NAICS for this acquisition is 333249 with a size standard of 500 employees. Responses to this solicitation are due by 5:30pm EST on 8 February 2021. Please submit your quote(s) to tiffany.m.taitano@navy.mil. The quote(s) shall be valid for ninety (90) days (at minimum).
