The synopsis is not a request for competitive proposals. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability by responding to this notice. The period of performance for this acquisition is anticipated to begin 12 April 2021 and end 16 April 2021. The solicitation is expected to be available 25 March 2021. The solicitation and subsequent amendments will be posted to this website (beta.SAM.gov). The Government is not responsible for the inability of an Offeror to access solicitation documents posted. This contract action is to provide calibration of Chant Diesel Test Stand Model 11594. Chant Engineering Company is the sole supplier of the equipment listed below: Description: Diesel Fuel Pump Injector Test Stand Model: 11594 Quantity: 1 All quotes received before the closing date of this notice will be considered by the Government. By submitting a quotation, the offeror will be self-certifying that neither the principal corporate officials nor owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the quotation. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Quote must be good for a minimum of 60 calendar days after close of this notice. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-05/3-10-2021. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811310. In addition to price, please provide a response to the following: 1. Company Cage Code 2.
