Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Single Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract, capable of providing Preventative Maintenance and Remedial Maintenance services for Industrial Machinery at Naval Station Norfolk. The required service is commercial in nature and is prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. The requirement will be solicited as a total small business set aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NACIS) code assigned to this procurement is 811310. with a size standard of $8,000,000. The Product Service Code is J034. The period of performance for this acquisition is anticipated to begin 24 September 2021 through 23 September 2027. The solicitation, any documents related to this procurement, and all amendments issued will be in electronic form. The solicitation is not yet available. Once available, the solicitation will be posted to this site System Award Management (SAM), https://www.sam.gov. The solicitation is expected to be available approximately 20 August 2021. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the proposal.
