This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will be issued. The Service Contracts Division, C410, Norfolk, Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY), Portsmouth, VA, 23709-5000 intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed-Price contract and will utilize procedures under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisitions on the following item(s): 10 EA, TUBING, NONMETALLIC, See Attachment A for detailed item description and Attachment A1 for the drawing. The NAICS code applicable to this procurement is 326220 and the small business size standard is 750 employees. The proposed contract to be solicited as 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
