This requirement will be procured Unrestricted due to its SOLE SOURCE status, which is restricted to HITCO CARBON COMPOSITES, INC, Gardene, CA. No other manufacturers will be accepted. This procurement will be processed in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
