The Norfolk Naval Shipyard Service Contract Division intends to negotiate a firm fixed price contract for TUNGSTEN SHIELDINGS in accordance with items descriptions, fabrication details and certificate of compliance requirements, see below, which will be used at the Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, Virginia. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 326199 All Other Plastics Product Manufacturing. This requirement will be procured 100% small business set-aside. The contract line item (CLINs) is as follows. CLIN 0001 (10) each, See attachments A, A1 and A2 for item description in solicitation. CLIN 0002 (4) each, See attachments B, B1 and B2 for item description in solicitation. CLIN 0003 (1) each, See attachments C, C1 and C2 for item description in solicitation. This procurement will be processed in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation number is N4215819QE050 and it is expected to be posted on or about 12 June 2019 and posted in fedbizopps, https://www.fbo.gov/. Quotes will be due by 02:00 PM EST on 19 June 2019 and may be emailed to the attention of Michael Jackson at michael.r.jackson3@navy.mil. Please make sure that the solicitation number (N4215819QE050) is included in the subject line of any email correspondence. Emails without subject lines will not be read because of security issues.
