The items are manufactured by Clear-Com LLC, CAGE Code 3FD65 and to be delivered to the Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, VA. In addition, Clear-Com LLC is the only acceptable manufacturer. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334310 (Audio and video equipment, intercommunication and public address systems (except airborne)) and the procurement is unrestricted as this is sole sourced to Clear-Com LLC. Award will be made on the basis of lowest-price, technically acceptable.
