This opportunity is for the rental of one Combi-CBE 6000 forklift (6,000 lbs. minimum capacity) to support material movement between tight shelving rows at Norfolk Naval Shipyard. The contract will have a one-year base period plus three 12-month option years. The contractor must provide an all-inclusive service including maintenance, on-site operator training, and delivery of a vehicle meeting detailed technical specifications. Required specifications include a 48V battery system, multi-directional operation, specific lift and mast dimensions, and safety features. Performance will take place at Norfolk Naval Shipyard in Portsmouth, VA, with site access available on weekdays from 0720 to 1550.
