NNSY requires vendors capable of providing all required services, labor, material and equipment necessary to successfully supply RENTAL SERVICES OF ONE (1) 4,000 LBS. MINIMUM CAPACITY SWING/PIVOT MAST FORKLIFT in accordance with the Statement of Work found in the solicitation herein. Please provide pricing for a base period of twelve (12) months, and a successive six (6)-months option period in accordance with the incorporated clause FAR 52.217-8 (Option to Extend Services) for consideration and evaluation of quotes. The period of performance of this rental services requirement is from September 4, 2024 through September 3, 2025 with a potential option to extend services for an additional six (6) months. Monthly quotes must be quoted for 30 DAYS to be considered. Solicitation closes and responses (quotes/proposals) to this RFQ are due on Monday, August 26, 2024 at 4:00 PM EST. Quotes must be submitted via e-mail to elizabeth.a.crocker.civ@us.navy.mil and shakir.o.shinaba.civ@us.navy.mil and must include completion of the mandatory clause, 52.204-24(d)(1) to be considered for award.
