Background: Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) requires vendors capable of providing all required services to include Technical Service Representatives to provide Turn-key repair including the inspection, repair, reassembly, and final alignment for the #1 and #3 Main propulsion shaft seal assembly onboard USS DWIGHT D. EISENHOWER (CVN-69) to accomplish complete overhaul in accordance with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) requirements and NAVSEA specifications of the Shaft Seal, Type MX-9, US-71435 in accordance with the Statement of Work found in the solicitation herein. The period of performance of this technical representatives services requirement is from June 15, 2024 through September 30, 2024. The work location shall take place at Naval Station Norfolk (NSN) pier side onboard USS DWIGHT D. EISENHOWER (CVN-69). Monthly quotes must be quoted for 30 DAYS to be considered. Solicitation closes and responses (quotes/proposals) to this RFQ are due on Tuesday, April 16, 2024 at 2:00 PM EST.
