This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Commercial Items found at FAR 13, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. The RFQ number is N4215824-Q-LIFT. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2022-05 and DFARS Change 20220929. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The NAICS Code is 532490 (Other Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing) and the Small Business Standard is $35M. This is a 100% total small business set-aside, competitive action. NNSY requires vendors capable of providing all required services, labor, material and equipment necessary to successfully supply RENTAL SERVICES OF ONE (1) COMBI-CBE LIFT (BRAND NAME OR EQUAL) in accordance with the Statement of Work found in the solicitation herein. The period of performance of this rental services requirement is from January 30, 2024 through January 29, 2025. Monthly quotes must be quoted for 30 DAYS to be considered. Solicitation closes and responses to this RFQ are due on Friday, January 19, 2023 at 4:00 PM EST.
