This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Commercial Items found at FAR 13, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation shall be posted on The Official U.S. Government System for Contract Opportunities at SAM.GOV. The RFQ number is N42158-24-Q-CALIB. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2022-05 and DFARS Change 20220929. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. This requirement is being solicited on a sole source basis to Keysight Technologies, Inc. (CAGE 7ZXR5). The NAICS Code is 811210 (Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance) and the Small Business Standard is $34M. NNSY requires the vendor to be capable of providing CALIBRATION SERVICES OF ELECTRONIC CALIBRATION MODULE, VECTOR NETWORK ANALYZER, MICROWAVE ANALYZER, and CALIBRATION KIT in accordance with the Statement of Work found in the solicitation herein. The period of performance of this rental services requirement is from May 1, 2024 through April 30, 2025. Monthly quotes must be quoted for 30 DAYS to be considered. Solicitation closes and responses (quotes/proposals) to this RFQ are due on Monday, April 8, 2024 at 8:00 AM EASTERN. Quotes must be submitted via e-mail to elizabeth.a.crocker.civ@us.navy.mil and shakir.o.shinaba.civ@us.navy.mil and must include completion of the mandatory clause, 52.204-24(d)(1) to be considered for award. By response to this Request for Quotes, the contractor agrees to furnish and deliver all items set forth or otherwise identified above and on any additional sheets subject to the terms and conditions specified.
