SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS: Sources Sought Number: Notice Type: N42158-22-RC-D0011 Sources Sought Synopsis: 1. NOTICE: This is not a solicitation but rather a Sources Sought Synopsis to determine potential sources outside of the suggested sole source, (CineMassive Guardian Care 24/7 Protection Program) for information purposes only. 1.1 The purpose of this Sources Sought is to conduct market research to determine if any responsible sources exist, outside of the suggested sole source, (IAW: DFARS PGI 206.302-1) and the Government is interested in large and small businesses concerns. The proposed North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 541519 - Other Computer Related Services, which has a corresponding Size Standard of $30M, and the Taxonomy of Services & Equipment Portfolio Group: Electronic & Communication Services – IT Services. The Government requests that interested parties respond to this notice if applicable and identify your small business status to the identified NAICS code. Additionally, please provide a capabilities statement, confirming your availability to provide the described service/supplies. 2. Program Details: The CineMassive Guardian Care 24/7 Protection Program provides support coverage via remote and on-site personnel from CineMassive’s Support Desk and provides support when possible.. Responsibilities of the contractor will include but are not limited to: - 24/7 Phone Support: Guardian Care Support personnel will be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. - Guardian Care Portal: Guardian Care members have exclusive access to the Guardian Care Support Portal to submit tickets, access articles with answers to frequent questions, as well as access the latest CineNet software and documentation. - On-Site Support: Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) has access to two on-site support visits per year. The complimentary visits may be used for preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance, upgrades, or emergency dispatch for hands-on assistance with an issue. - Service Level Objectives: NNSY will receive guaranteed response times depending on the severity of the issue. - Free Software Updates: Receive free access to all updates within NNSY’s current major version release of CineNet software, so we do not have to wait to leverage the latest features and capabilities. - Discounted Software Upgrades: NNSY will receive discounts on all major upgrades to the CineNet software platform, such as from CineNet 3 to CineNet 4. When a major upgrade is deployed, CineMassive will provide a remote training session to review new functionality and features. - Extended Limited Warranty: All CineMassive manufactured products, except for displays, are covered against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for up to five years. CineMassive-manufactured displays are covered for up to three years. This warranty does not extended to any third party goods or services. However, as a Guardian Care member, the support team will provide basic support for third-party products. - Basic Support for Third-Party Products: NNSY will have access to basic support services for third-party products integrated by CineMassive. The support team can provide remote diagnostics, troubleshooting, and connect your organization with third-party manufacturers for warranty-related coordination.
