The contractor crane operator and riggers will be needed over the period of performance (POP) of the contract. The place of performance is Naval Station Norfolk (NAVSTA Norfolk) on and around Pier 3 for Norfolk Naval Shipyard – Fleet Maintenance Submarines (FMB). As well as our weight testing area.
