To provide a minimum of 100 Parking spaces, transportation services, and security for NNSY employees at Huntington Ingalls-Newport News Shipbuilding (HII-NNS) for the duration of the CVN 78 availability. References: OSHA Standard 1915.82 Lighting Virginia Department of Health guidance for Mass Transit (https://www.vdh.virginia.gov/coronavirus/guidance-for-mass-transit/) Requirements: NNSY requires a minimum of 100 parking spaces that shall meet the general standard of 9’W x 18’L located within approximately 5 miles of HII-NNS. All parking spaces shall be clearly delineated and marked. Parking lot hours of operation shall be from 5:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Parking lot shall have sufficient lighting that all areas are lit to a minimum of 5 Lumens as required by Ref A. Contractor shall provide a Security Guard and Guard Enclosure while parking is being utilized. Guard shall prevent any parking by unauthorized parties. Security Guard shall be present during the parking lot normal operating hours of operation. Contractor shall provide sufficient transportation services to and from Parking lot to the closest, operational HII-NNS access turnstile to the CVN 78 Berth. Transportation shall be available during hours of operation stated above. Transportation shall operate such that the pick-up wait time shall not exceed 15 min. Cleaning and sanitation requirements shall adhere to state requirements in accordance with Ref B. Period of Performance: Period of performance shall be from 01 Aug 2021 until 01 Apr 2022.
