The Government intends to make a sole-source award to Allied Systems Company for overhaul of the USNS MERCY (T-AH 19) Rescue Boat Davit, Model DC-8600CTS. Allied Systems Company is the sole-source OEM service and parts provider for the rescue boat davits installed on Military Sealift Command’s T-AH Class ships. This notice of intent is not a request for quotes, and the Government retains sole discretion not to compete the procurement based on responses.
