The Government intends to make a sole-source award to HOSE-MCCANN TELEPHONE CO., INC. to certify the public address and surveillance systems installed onboard USNS JOHN LEWIS (T-AO 205). HOSEMCCANN TELEPHONE CO., INC. is the OEM service and parts provider for the public address and surveillance systems installed onboard MSC's T-AO Class of ships. This notice of intent is not a request for quotes. A determination not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
