All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. **************************************************************************** The Government intends to make a sole source award to OEM manufacturer Malpass Construction Co., Inc. for MI-B-CT-11 chart table required aboard USNS GUADALUPE. Malpass is the OEM parts provider for chart tables installed on the Military Sealift Command's T-AO class of ships. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR subpart 12.6. Please see the attached documents for additional information.
