The Government intends to make a sole-source award to Jordan Valve, for the servicing of USNS MERCY’s Firemain Reducing Valve requirement. Jordan Valve is the OEM service and parts provider for the firemain valves installed on the Military Sealift Command’s T-AH Class of ships. This notice of intent is not a request for quotes. A determination not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
