If so, can you provide a picture of the nameplate or at very least all the information (model number/serial number) from the nameplate? This will give me all the information I need to provide a like for like replacement. If this is for a new application could you please provide some design points (flow rate, discharge pressure, temperatures) so I can size the pump? A1: I was not able to find out if we are replacing an existing pump. NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Military Sealift Command (MSC) Ship Support San Diego intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order to Leistritz Advanced Technologies or OEM authorized-distributors. The proposed contract action, for which the Government intends to solicit under authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), is for Fuel Pump in support of USNS WASHINGTON CHAMBERS (T-AKE 11). See attached Combined Synopsis Solicitation for details. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. Respondents must provide level of effort and dollar estimates to acquire a full understanding of the design of the equipment. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A written response must include evidence of the respondents’ ability to support the described equipment. Interested parties with the capability of meeting the proposed requirements are requested to provide an e-mail to the MSC Point of Contact: Rebecca Shults at rebecca.c.shults.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 25 May, 2022 at 1:00 pm Pacific Time expressing interest and outlining their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
