(Maxim) for Distiller Feed Heater parts required by USNS MERCY (T-AH 19). Maxim is the sole-source OEM service and parts provider for the Distiller Feed Heater system / equipment installed on the Military Sealift Command’s T-AH Class of ships. This notice of intent is not a request for quotes. A determination not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
