The Government intends to make a sole-source award to Sperre Industri A/S (Sperre) for the procurement of an AC Controller in support of USNS CHARLES DREW. Sperre is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for the AC Controller (P/N: E40019001) required for the system installed on the Military Sealift Command’s ships. This notice of intent is not a request for quotes. A determination not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
