(Wartsila) for the repair and refurbishment of the rudder stock aboard USNS WASHINGTON CHAMBERS. Wartsila is the OEM for critical steering gear/system installed on the Military Sealift Command’s ships. Wartsila holds exclusive drawings and established proprietary rights for the system. This notice of intent is not a request for quotes. A determination not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
