The Government intends to make a sole-source award to IMECO, Inc. for parts required to repair refrigeration systems installed on the Military Sealift Command’s T-AKE Class of vessels. IMECO, Inc. is the sole-source OEM service and parts provider for mission-critical refrigeration systems installed on T-AKE vessels. This notice of intent is not a request for quotes. A determination not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
