The Government intends to make a sole-source award to IMECO, Inc. for service & parts required to repair USNS CESAR CHAVEZ’s refrigeration system. IMECO, Inc. is the OEM service and parts provider for refrigeration systems installed on the Military Sealift Command’s T-AKE Class of ships. This notice of intent is not a request for quotes. A determination not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
